Full Paper Submission

We use EasyChair Conference System for you to submit your abstract(s) and full paper(s).

Important Notification to Authors (Jun. 12, 2012)

• The deadline of the full paper submission is extended to Jun. 30th, 2012.
• The guideline of the manuscript has been modified as follows: Please use color for figures positively.
  The previous guideline stated that figures should be black/white or grayscale. However, for the readability in the CDROM, please use color for figures positively. If you converted your color figures to the monochrome ones for the last submission, please replace them with the original colorful figures. You can re-upload a modified version of your manuscript. We accept re-submission of your modified manuscript until the deadline notified above.

Preparation of Full Paper

Please follow the instructions written below to prepare your full paper.

1. Download "Author Guidelines of Full Paper for The 5th International Symposium on Aero Aqua Bio-Mechanisms" (Revised in Jun. 12) (Microsoft Word DOC format), and use it as a template of your paper. Follow the guidelines to prepare your paper. (PDF version of the guidelines is also available here.)
2. Paper size must be A4 (210mm x 297mm). We do not accept letter size (216mm x 279mm) or any other size than A4.
3. Page number is limited up to 6 pages.
4. (Updated in Jun. 12) Figures does not have to be “black/white” or grayscale”. For the readability, colored figures are rather recommended.
5. After you complete your full paper, comvert it into PDF format. Choose "Press quality" PDF format if available. We only accept PDF files.
6. Fille name of your PDF file must be "##.pdf" where "##" is your submission number, such as "41.pdf".
7. Total size of your PDF file must be less than 8MB.

Paper Upload Instructions

Read the following instructions carefully BEFORE you submit a full paper. There are information that are not provided in the EasyChair submission page.

1. First, access EasyChair Login Page for ISABMEC 2012, the same site you submit your abstract. (A new window will be opened.)
2. Sign in with your account that you submit your abstract.
3. If you registered more than two abstracts, you will find "My Submissions" menu at the top of the page, and you can select the paper entry you want to submit from the menu. Otherwise, you will find "Paper ##" link at the top, and you will simply click this.
4. You are now in "ISABMEC 2012 Submission ##" page. Click "Submit a new version" at the top right corner.
5. At the "Submission" field, fill in your full paper PDF file, and click "Submit a New Version" button.
6. Your paper will be submitted, and can be shown in the "Paper" field of your submission.

You can re-submit your paper anytime but BEFORE the deadline for full paper submission.

Registration required

To publish your paper to the proceedings, you must not only submit your paper, but you also have to register yourself or some of your co-author to participate to the symposium. See Registration page for more information.

Invitation to Journal of Aero Aqua Bio-mechanisms

All submitted papers can be published in our online journal, "Journal of Aero Aqua Bio-mechanisms" through the peer review process after the symposium.
